CUSTOMIZED/SELF-GUIDE TRIP PLANNING FOR YOUR AFRICA ADVENTURE What makes Safari Junction different from a regular travel agency? Your host & consultant, Gary Clegg, was born and raised in Africa, and now lives in Canada. A photographic safari tour operator with over 14 years experience as both a guide and operator in Zimbabwe, South Africa, Zambia, Namibia, Kenya, Uganda and Botswana – Gary now offers his hands-on expertise to those seeking to experience that once-in-a-lifetime trip to Africa. His passion for this wild continent will excite you, his knowledge astound you. And he’s not your travel agent - he’s your personal, professional, Africa-trained consultant. (Click Here to meet Gary) Gary is a licenced Tour Operator in 8 countries and as his client(s), you will have the benefit of his unparalleled expertise, a personal, professional, customized itinerary, no booking headaches, and the security of knowing that memorable, lifetime trip is being planned and arranged by someone who’s been there and done it! Pricing for a trip is important. Gary hides no costs. You'll know what your trip will cost up front. Be wary when you look at pricing from our competitors....at the outset their prices may look a lot more competitive. On closer examination, you'll invariably find they don't include flights, or accommodation is substandard, or no meals are included, no activities included, or in the case of motorcycle tours - they often don't include the cost of insurance of the motorbike. Safari Junction prices it all into the final price so there are no surprises! So if you’re thinking of taking a trip in Africa, and looking for the best in the business – talk to Gary first! TAKING THE FIRST STEP......... In order to ensure that you have the best experience possible, the first thing Gary would like to do is send you a Travel Questionaire to complete. This will give him a good idea of your budget, accommodation preferences, etc. Please call 705-445-3646 or Email: Travel Questionaire Request and Gary can mail you, fax, or email you the questionaire to fill out at your leisure. (Please be sure to supply a fax number or email address to send this to.) Once you've done this, return the questionaire to Gary. After Gary has reviewed your questionaire, you'll be invited to join him for a private slide presentation (action footage taken by Gary on tour in Africa), and a chat time where you can ask questions, get to know one another, and Gary can get a good idea of how best to provide you with a lifetime trip based on your needs and budget. After the presentation, Gary will fax/email (whatever your preferred method of communication is) a draft itinerary - based on what you had on your questionaire, and the conversation you had at the slide presentation. The draft will be valid for 14 days. You will be invited to join Gary again, for another one-on-one meeting, to discuss any questions that may have arisen since receiving the draft, and any new issues you may have. At this point, you will be required to decide whether or not you intend to use Safari Junction as your personal travel consultant. If you decide you would like to go ahead with Gary, a revised itinerary will be prepared for your approval and you will be required to a pay a 20% deposit, the balance being due 90 days prior to your departure. Please note that no bookings, or revisions can be made to this itinerary until the deposit is made. We would urge you not to delay at this point, since pricing and availability could change, and it would be preferable that you are accommodated at places of your first choice, rather than second or third choice. Assuming you have paid your fee and signed the Terms & Conditions Agreement, you are now a very valued client and in very good hands! You will be issued with a couple of forms that require completion and submission to us so Gary can get to work in earnest on your trip. Got a question? Please check out the FAQ section first, and email Gary thereafter if your question remains unanswered.
