Prices shown and accommodations listed are subject to change without notice. Your confirmed price and hotels will be available after confirmation of booking and receipt of deposit. GLP/Safari Junction reserve the right to substitute accommodation of equal or higher standard than that which was originally confirmed.

20% Deposit of the total tour price is required at the time of booking to secure a reservation.

Final payment is due 90 days prior to the departure date.

**For cancellations up to 90 days prior to departure, a $500 cancellation penalty shall apply.

**For cancellations between 90 days and 60 days prior, the full deposit shall be forfeited.

**For cancellations between 60 and 45 days prior, 50% of the tour price shall be forfeited.

For cancellations less than 45 days prior, 100% of the tour price shall be forfeited.

No shows on departure date, 100% of the tour price shall be forfeited.

** plus any unrecoverable deposits paid to vendors and providers.

Revision Fees: Spelling corrections to passengers names after tickets issued will be subject to airline revision fees.

Courier costs apply if any changes are made within 35 days prior to departure or for new bookings received within this time.

Changes of dates or itinerary less than 90 days prior to departure constitutes a cancellation and the above cancellation charges shall apply.

Please note: motorcycle itineraries require proof of sufficient experience to drive a motorcycle including relevant license from Canada. Gary Clegg shall be the sole arbiter of a persons ability to participate in the tour based on their ability.
